Inspired in the Inyengar and Ashtanga yoga traditions. Challenging classes with an emphasis on alignment. Props are often used, such as blocks, blankets, straps, chairs, and ropes on the wall. Themes change weekly, which may include restorative yoga.
Wall Yoga: hook straps to the wall. Lean, stretch, and hang up side down in a safe, fun, yogic environment.
Kripalu Yoga: a mindful heart felt practice taught in a lively vinyasa flow, informed by precise alignment, yogic breathing, buddhist meditation, and inspirational contemplative theme's.
Yoga Nidra (iRest® style) is a transformative practice of profound relaxation.
Vinyasa Flow: a dynamic class with a faster pace of movement, taught with precise alignment. Weekly themes included.
